Where we ship
Olivo.shop ships throughout Italy, including the islands. We also ship to European territory, to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, the Netherlands, Croatia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.
Delivery times
Standard orders: all orders are prepared and entrusted to the courier within 24 hours on working days. Delivery is usually within 24-48 hours after entrusting to the courier in Italy, and within 4-5 working days in other European countries.
Customised orders: for customised carpets for professional use (Luxury Plus, Outside, Solid), production and delivery times are 15-20 working days from the date of receipt of payment and confirmation of the carpet's graphic design.
Shipping costs
In Italy: shipping is always free for all orders placed on Olivo.shop.
International: for international shipping, the cost is reduced to € 5.99.
Shipping methods
We work with reliable and punctual couriers such as GLS and BRT to ensure that your orders arrive safely and on time. The courier chosen may vary depending on the destination and the size of the parcel.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking code to monitor the status of your shipment. You will also be able to view the tracking code by logging into your account in My Orders.
Bank Transfer Payments
If you have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer, the order processing time starts from the date your payment is credited to our account.
Delivery Delays
Although we are committed to respecting the indicated delivery times, Olivo.shop is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen events that could affect delivery. In such cases, we will do our best to resolve any problems and provide you with updates on the status of your order.
