What is the shipping time?

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 24 H of receipt, on working days. In Italy, the courier delivers to the address indicated for shipment within 24-48 H. For other countries, the courier delivers to the address indicated within 4-5 working days. For customised carpets, however, the production and delivery time is 15-20 working days from receipt of order. For orders paid for by bank transfer, processing times start from the date on which the payment is credited to our current account.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

On Olivo.shop, shipping is always free for all orders with destination in Italy. For orders to other countries, we offer a reduced rate of €5.99.

 

Do you accept payment in instalments?

Payment in instalments is possible at Olivo.shop using PayPal as payment method. When paying, you can conveniently select the "Pay in 3 instalments" service to make your purchase by paying in 3 convenient instalments without any interest! For further information, visit the site: www.paypal.com.

 

What are the payment methods?

At Olivo.shop we offer you the possibility of paying by PayPal (standard or in instalments), credit card or prepaid card, and Bank Transfer. For payment by BB you will receive an email with all the necessary bank details. 

 

Do you offer carpet samples?

We offer free samples on request exclusively for carpets intended for professional use, such as carpet runners, artificial turf and other technical carpets. To request a sample, please visit our Contact us page and send us your request.

 

Can I return a carpet?

Of course! You can return a carpet within 14 days from the date of receipt. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, well packed and complete with all original documents. How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, we send you an email notification with the tracking code to follow the delivery progress. You can also find the tracking code within your account, in the "My Orders" section, to follow the status of your shipment in real time, until delivery.

 

Which couriers do you ship with?

We ship our orders via the express couriers GLS and BRT, to ensure timely and safe delivery. The courier is selected according to the destination and characteristics of the parcel, to ensure efficient service.


Can I request a customised carpet?

Absolutely! You can purchase different types of customised carpets for professional use from the dedicated SITE SECTION or contact us for more information from the dedicated FORM

Can I change my shipping address?

Certainly! You can change it within your account in the appropriate section Shipping and Billing Addresses or notify us of your new address by email to [email protected], by Whatsapp at +39 3208321745 or by using the FORM contact form on the website. The shipping address (and billing address) can be changed at any time, except in the case of active orders already in transit. 

 

Can I request an invoice for my order?

Certainly! Simply indicate the correct invoice address in the appropriate field of your account when ordering, complete with valid VAT number and SDI code or PEC email for electronic invoicing. Don't forget to also give us the address of the registered office, if different from the shipping address. If you are a private individual and would like an invoice, please indicate your tax code and home address instead. 

 

Can I request a dedicated quote?

Of course! If you require large quantities or wish to place recurring orders for material for professional use, you can request a dedicated quotation from the special FORM.

What materials do you use for your carpets?

We use a variety of materials to suit different needs and preferences. Our carpets are available in natural, coir, cotton, rubber, microfibre and synthetic fibres. We also offer vinyl, PVC and synthetic grass carpets, ideal for creating functional and decorative spaces both indoors and outdoors. Each material is selected to ensure quality, durability and ease of maintenance.
 
 

Do carpets require special maintenance?

Yes, each carpet has specific requirements depending on the material. Each product comes with a label stating its composition and cleaning instructions. Also on the website, within the product sheets, we provide maintenance tips specific to each carpet. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure longevity and keep your carpet in top condition over time.
