Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order on Olivo.shop, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted the present sales conditions. Olivo snc reserves the right to update or modify the conditions at any time, publishing the new version on the site. The applicable conditions are those in force at the moment of the order.

Products and Availability
All products offered on the site are described in detail in the relevant technical sheets. Product images are purely illustrative and may not correspond exactly to the actual product. Product availability is updated in real time, but cannot be guaranteed until the order is processed. In case of non-execution of the order by Olivo.shop due to unavailability, even temporary, of the requested rug(s), the staff in charge shall inform the customer of the order cancellation and, within 7/10 working days from receipt of payment, of the refund of the price already paid for the purchase. The unavailability of one or more of the products ordered will not, however, give the customer the right to cancel the entire order.
 
Prices and Methods of Payment
The prices indicated are in euros (€) and include VAT. The accepted payment methods are: credit card or prepaid card, PayPal (also in instalments without interest) and Bank Transfer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, order processing will begin from the date the payment is credited.

Shipping and Delivery
Standard orders: orders are processed and entrusted to the courier within 24 hours on working days, with expected delivery within 24-48 hours in Italy and 4-5 working days for the European countries indicated.
Customised orders: for customised carpets, production and delivery times are 15-20 working days.
Shipping costs: shipping is free of charge for Italy, while there is a charge of € 5.99 for foreign countries. Olivo snc is not responsible for possible delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events, such as bad weather conditions.
 
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days from receipt, at their own expense, provided that the product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, complete with original documents and packaging. For more details, please consult our Return Policy page.
 
Warranty and Defective Products
In the event of a conformity defect, the customer has the right to have the product repaired or replaced, unless this is impossible or excessively burdensome for the seller.

Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, images, logos and graphics, are the exclusive property of Olivo snc and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Data Protection

Applicable Law and Competent Court
