How to order?

2. Choose the base color from our 72 color palette (img. 2)

3. Prepare your lettering or design that you wish to be printed on your rug. The image must be sent in high resolution and in jpg or png format.

There is the possibility to insert any text in addition to the chosen design, after contacting the seller to verify its feasibility. There are NO limitations on the number of graphic proofs we can provide.

4. Choose whether you want your rug to be made with a border or without a border.

Following receipt of your order, we will contact you to provide you with a draft of the work (within 1-2 working days) and define any additional details before the product is put into production.

Once approval is obtained, production will begin and no changes can be made to the design.
