For destinations in Italy, we have selected the best 12/24-hour express couriers.

Delivery is always free

Delivery times are between 12 and 24 hours for most of Italy, except the islands, remote and/or hard-to-reach areas.

Important: "Delivery times" shall mean the time between when the merchandise leaves the warehouse and when it is delivered to the destination address.

Olivo.Shop cannot be held liable for any delays and/or failure to deliver, damaged merchandise attributable to the carrier or third parties, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

Always check the condition and sealing of the packages (packaged with personalised adhesive tape) that you receive from the carriers. In the event of a defect, breakage and/or damage to the packaging, please return the merchandise to the sender, stating the reasons for the return on the transport document.

Order fulfilment times

The "order fulfilment" time is the time between receipt of the order and delivery of the merchandise to the courier, which depends on the type of payment chosen, and/or from the time of preparation for "custom" merchandise.

All merchandise available in stock that is paid by credit card or PayPal is handed over to express couriers within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment confirmation. All orders paid by bank transfer are handed over to express couriers within 24/48 hours of credit to our current account.

Approximate courier delivery times

The “approximate courier delivery time" is the time between pick-up of the merchandise at our warehouse and delivery to the customer’s door.

After picking up the merchandise, the courier delivers the merchandise within a maximum of 12/24 hours. The courier makes no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Returns

As soon as we receive the product subject to withdrawal, it will be analyzed by our dedicated technical department and we will take care of reimbursing the cost of the goods (net of return costs) to the customer as soon as possible, through the same method of payment of the order (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99, custom-made and/or personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

The return of products that are not intact, out of collection from the virtual showcase, deteriorated, used or without original accessories or equipment and without packaging, will not be accepted by the Supplier and the goods will be refused and returned to the sender.

 

The instructions for requesting a return are simple:

 

From the My Account area, select Order history and details, enter the order you wish to return in whole or in part and send a message from the appropriate form with your request.

Upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse, after having verified their integrity, we will proceed with the validation to carry out either the replacement of the product or the eventual refund (to be made using the same payment method used for the original payment by the buyer) within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the returned goods.
