- ARE ALL THE CARPETS ON THE SITE AVAILABLE?
Yes, every carpet shown on our site is available. Technical errors may occasionally occur. In this case, please contact us and we will correct the error.
- ARE THE IMAGES OF YOUR PRODUCTS EXACT?
Every colour variant of our carpets is photographed in every part and is visible in each tab. We check the images provided on line carefully to ensure they are as accurate as possible. However, your screen’s chromatic configuration may cause slight colour differences. Please note that the colour perception of each carpet varies depending on the light source to which it is exposed.
- DO YOU HAVE A SHOP OR SHOW ROOMS SPACE WHERE WE CAN SEE THE CARPETS IN PERSON?
No, there are no shops or show rooms for viewing our carpets: we only sell via our virtual shop on the web and the carpets can be seen only on the site.
- DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE OF YOUR CARPETS?
We do not have a catalogue. Our collections are available on our website that is constantly updated. You can quickly and easily perform searches based on your needs. If this proves to be inconvenient, contact us and we will be happy to be able to propose aesthetic solutions to decorate your spaces.
- ARE THE TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR SITE SECURE?
Transaction security is guaranteed by the interbank circuit, which manages credit card data. Olivo.Shop has no access to your credit card data. Electronic payments use the 128-bit SSL3 protocol with a certificate issued by VeriSign. This protocol encrypts the credit card data entered by from the user’s computer to the payment gateway to ensure that no one can intercept and reuse this information.

- CAN I ORDER SIZES OTHER THAN THOSE INDICATED ON THE SITE?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide measurements different from those found on the website, due to the increased cost and the time required to produce the carpet.
- DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Orders delivered inside Italy are shipped free of charge. For the orders delivered in foreign country, the cost is 5,99€.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CARPET?
Delivery times for orders are between 24 and 48 hours in Italy. In other countries 48-72 hours.
- WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME WHEN THE CARPET IS DELIVERED?
Someone must be present at the time of delivery. If no one will be home, contact us to change the delivery address, and we will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible.
- CAN I RETURN THE CARPET?
Yes, if you do not like the carpet, you can return it. See the "Info - Return" section for more information.
- HOW ARE THE CARPETS PROTECTED DURING SHIPPING?
The carpets are rolled inside out to avoid damaging the fleece. They are wrapped in thick plastic and each end is sealed with custom adhesive tape to prevent damage.
- CAN YOUR CARPETS BE WASHED?
Of course! Each product sheet includes washing instructions for each carpet. Our carpets can be dry cleaned, hand washed, with a solution of water and ammonia, etc.
Do not turn the carpet over to "beat" it because this would damage the weft and warp and create "waves". Also, do not use a vacuum cleaner to avoid removing the fleece.
If the carpet is used under furniture, we recommend rotating it from time to time, to prevent marks that heavy furniture can leave, and to prevent the carpet from wearing only on the exposed side.
