The data in question will be entered into a computerised database of Olivo Snc, as well as into its Technical Support structure for e-commerce services and processed using specially developed computer procedures. The data in question may be compared with those present in other databases.

How to buy
It’s much easier than it seems! Enter our store, choose the products you are interested in and add them to your shopping cart.
When you have finished choosing the products you are interested in:
if this is your first visit, enter your personal data and whatever else is required to register as a new customer;
otherwise, simply enter your user name and password; if you have forgotten them, click on "Recover password" to receive your login credentials by email.
After completing the access procedure, you can complete your order and wait for a confirmation e-mail with acceptance information.
The dedicated interface provides all the functions you need, even in subsequent purchases, to:
check the data of your current order, obtain information on the shipping status with the shipping data and estimated delivery dates;

Normally, if not expressly requested, the amount paid is recorded as a reward. If you need an invoice, you must provide your VAT no. and tax code along with your payment and delivery information. Without this tax data, payment will be recorded as a reward, and you will not be able to request an invoice after the order dispatch date.
INVOICES are not issued for amounts of less than €10.00
Invoices are issued only upon customer request. They must be requested at the time of purchase, and you must provide all the data necessary to issue the invoice.
For administrative reasons, invoices can no longer be issued after the date of purchase.
If no invoice is requested, the order is sent without any document of sale.
No cash register receipt, tax receipt or invoice is required for online sales unless expressly requested (Art. 22 of Presidential Decree 633/1972), under Article 2 of Presidential Decree 696 of 21 December 1996 because they are considered indirect electronic commerce and assimilated to mail order sales as per resolution 274/E of 5 November 2009 of the Italian Revenue Agency.

Delivery times are between 12 and 24 hours for most of Italy, except the islands, remote and/or hard-to-reach areas.
Important notice: "delivery times" shall mean the period between when the goods leave the warehouse and when they are delivered to the destination address.
Olivo.Shop cannot be held liable for any delays and/or non-deliveries, damaged goods attributable to the carrier or third parties, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
Always check the condition and seal of the packages (packaged with personalised tape) that you will receive from the carriers. In the event of a defect, breakage and/or damage to the packages, please return the goods to the sender, stating the reasons for the return on the travel documents.
Order processing times
The "Order Processing" time is the time between order receipt and delivery to the courier, which in turn depends on the type of payment chosen, and/or from the time of preparation if the object is "Custom". All orders paid by credit card or PayPal available in stock are entrusted to express couriers within one to two working days from receipt of payment confirmation. All orders paid by bank transfer are entrusted to express couriers within one to two working days from deposit in our current account.
Indicative courier delivery time
“Indicative courier delivery time" is the time between pick-up of the goods at our warehouse for delivery to the customer’s door. After picking up the goods, the courier requires 12 to 24 hours to deliver the goods. The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of the item, you may return it by the legal deadline. You must notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Under Legislative Decree 185/99, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without having to provide any explanation. The right of withdrawal must be exercised via email sent within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products. The customer must then, at their expense and within the same 14 business day time limit, return the goods without damage and perfectly intact in the original and complete packaging including all accessories. When the product is received, it will be examined by our technical department and we will reimburse (excluding return costs) the cost of the item to the customer as quickly as possible, via the same method of payment used to pay for the order (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). Within the meaning of Legislative Decree 185/99, custom-made and/or personalised products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
•The return of products that are not intact, not part of the virtual showcase collection, damaged, used or missing accessories or original features and without packaging, will not be accepted by the supplier and the goods will be refused and returned to the sender.
•Refunds exclude shipping costs incurred for the initial delivery even if shipped at no charge for promotional purposes.

Upon receiving the goods in our warehouse, and after having checked their integrity, we will decide whether to replace the product or grant a refund by bank transfer within 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the returned merchandise.
Both approval and any other communication will be promptly provided via e-mail.
