Privacy Guarantee

You will be required to provide some personal data to make online purchases.

The processing of these data is governed by Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, "Personal data protection code” and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). We recommend that you read the following notice carefully.

Olivo.Shop by Olivo Snc, hereinafter called Olivo.Shop, expressly informs you that, pursuant to and for the effects of Article 10 of Law 675/96 on personal data protection, Olivo.Shop may collect your personal data when you enter your credit card information.

We collect your data:

1) to complete the purchase order placed via this site

2) for advertising and marketing activities to help us better understand our customers and adapt our commercial offer to customers’ buying needs, including through specific initiatives

Law 675/96 requires your express consent for the activities referred to in point 2.

If you have given consent, Olivo.Shop reserves the right to share the data collected and processed as above with specialised marketing, advertising, statistics and commercial companies.

Olivo.Shop informs you that you have the rights provided for in Article 13 of Law 675/96, i.e.:

a. to request from the Authority information on the existence of processing of data that may concern you;

b. to be informed by the Authority of the content of the notification received by it;

c. to obtain from Olivo.Shop confirmation of the existence of data concerning you and their communication in intelligible form, their origin, and the logic and purpose of the processing;

d. to obtain from Olivo.Shop the deletion, blocking and anonymisation of any data processed in violation of the law;

e. to ask Olivo.Shop to update, correct or integrate your data;

f. to obtain a statement from Olivo.Shop that the operations referred to in points (d) and (e) have been brought to the attention of the parties to which the data have been communicated;

g. to oppose data processing in whole or in part, provided that it is for legitimate reasons;

h. to oppose the processing of personal data concerning you in whole or in part for the purposes of commercial information, sending of advertising materials, direct sales, market research or interactive commercial communication.

The data in question will be entered into a computerised database of Olivo Snc and in that of its technical support structure for e-commerce services, and will be processed using specially developed computer procedures. The data in question may be compared with data present in other databases.

Having read the above, pursuant to Article 11 of Law 675/96, you are asked to allow the processing of the data provided if such consent is expressly required by law, and to the communication of the data to the categories of subjects specified above.

You are also asked to consent to the sending of information and promotional material.

How to buy

It’s a lot easier than it seems! Enter our store, choose the products you like and add them to your cart.

When you have finished choosing the products you are interested in:

if this is your first visit, enter your personal data and other requested information, or have this information entered automatically by choosing auto-fill via your social media to register as a new customer;

otherwise, simply enter the e-mail address and password you chose during a previous visit;

If you do not remember them, click on the “Recover password” link and your login credentials will be sent to your e-mail address.

After completing the access procedure, complete your order and wait for a confirmation e-mail with acceptance information.

The interface provides all the functions you need, even in subsequent purchases, to:

check the details of the order in progress, obtain information on your order status;

return products because of delivery errors or product damage;

manage your order history;

receive our promotions

contact our staff for any issues or to make suggestions or offer advice.

Normally, if not expressly requested, the amount paid is regarded as consideration. If you require an invoice, please provide the following along with the payment and delivery details of the merchandise:
your VAT number (and/or tax code), certified e-mail address or SDI code for electronic invoicing.
Without these tax data, payment will be recorded as a consideration, and you will be unable to request an invoice.

BILLING: Invoices are not issued for amounts less than €10.00.

Invoices are issued only if requested by the customer at the time of purchase, providing all the data necessary to issue the invoice.

For administrative reasons, invoices can not be issued after the date of purchase.

If no invoice is requested, the order will be sent with no document of sale other than the order confirmation.

No receipt, tax receipt or invoice is required for online sales unless expressly requested (Article 22 of Presidential Decree 633/1972) pursuant to Article 2 of Presidential Decree 696 of 21 December 1996 because they are considered indirect electronic commerce and assimilated with mail-order sales as per resolution 274/E of 5 November 2009 of the Italian revenue agency.


For destinations in Italy, we have selected the best 12/24-hour express couriers.

Shipping is always free.

Delivery times are between 12 and 24 hours for most of Italy, except the islands, remote and/or hard-to-reach areas.

Important: "Delivery times" shall mean the time between when the merchandise leaves the warehouse and when it is delivered to the destination address.

Olivo.Shop cannot be held liable for any delays and/or failure to deliver, damaged merchandise attributable to the carrier or third parties, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

Always check the condition and sealing of the packages (packaged with personalised adhesive tape) that you receive from the carriers. In the event of a defect, breakage and/or damage to the packaging, please return the merchandise to the sender, stating the reasons for the return on the transport document.

Order fulfilment times

The "order fulfilment" time is the time between receipt of the order and delivery of the merchandise to the courier, which depends on the type of payment chosen, and/or from the time of preparation for "custom" merchandise.

All merchandise available in stock that is paid by credit card or PayPal is handed over to express couriers within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment confirmation. All orders paid by bank transfer are handed over to express couriers within 24/48 hours of credit to our current account.

Approximate courier delivery times The “approximate courier delivery time" is the time between pick-up of the merchandise at our warehouse and delivery to the customer’s door.

After picking up the merchandise, the courier delivers the merchandise within a maximum of 12/24 hours. The courier makes no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays


If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item, you may return it by the legal deadline. You must notify us by e-mail at [email protected] within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99, you may withdraw from the contract without penalty and without having to provide any reason. You must exercise your right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail within 14 business days from the day of receipt of the products. You must then prepare the undamaged and perfectly intact merchandise (in its original packaging), including all accessories, for delivery to the courier that we will provide. When we receive the product, it will be examined by our technical department and we will refund (excluding return costs) the cost of the item to you as quickly as possible, via the same method of payment used to pay for the order (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made and/or personalised products.


• Returns of products that are not intact, not part of the virtual showcase collection, damaged, used or missing accessories or original elements and without packaging, will not be accepted by the supplier and the merchandise will be refused and returned to the sender.

• Refunds exclude shipping costs incurred for the initial delivery even if shipped at no charge for promotional purposes).

The procedure is simple:

Step 1

In the Customer Care area, click on the "Return" icon and fill in the authorisation request form.

Important: All of the information requested in the return form is required to complete the operation. We also require your bank account, ABI, CAB, etc. data to send the refund via bank transfer.


Step 2

Upon receiving the merchandise at our warehouse, and after checking its integrity, we will decide whether to replace the product or issue a refund via bank transfer within 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

Both confirmation and any other communication will be sent promptly via e-mail.

Important: When returning items, ensure you return the item in the condition in which it was delivered.

You can pay in the following ways:

PayPal: protects your credit card information using innovative security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.

Credit card: pay online with all VISA and Mastercard Aura and PostePay credit cards. Choose the method that guarantees secure transactions using 128-bit encryption.

Bank transfers are reliable and safe, though they are not immediate and some banks charge a fee for them.
